When shipping your order, we at My Natural Home will use our preferred carrier(s) whenever possible, they are UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (US Postal Service). Orders are shipped usually within 24 to 48 hours from the time your is received and payment verified. At that time, My Natural Home will instruct our warehouse(s) to proceed in shipping your order and asking them to take the time to insure that all your ordered items are packaged and shipped with the highest attention for the safe delivery of your product.

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it for a refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee). Please send back the return items in their original packaging, along with an explanation of your dissatisfaction and a photocopy of the invoice.
